This Privacy Policy describes how Les Produits Go Nano inc. (“the Company,” “We,” “Us,” or “Our”) collects, uses, and discloses your information when you use gonanocertifiedcontractors.com (the “Service”), and tells you about your privacy rights.

By using the Service, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

Definitions

  • Company refers to Les Produits Go Nano inc., 300-6000 boul. de Rome, Brossard (Québec) J4Y 0B6, Canada.
  • Service refers to the website gonanocertifiedcontractors.com.
  • Personal Data is any information that relates to an identified or identifiable individual.
  • Device means any device that can access the Service, such as a computer, cellphone, or tablet.
  • Service Provider means any natural or legal person who processes data on behalf of the Company.
  • You means the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing the Service.

Information We Collect

Information you provide to us

When you submit an application or inquiry through the Service, we ask for:

  • First and last name
  • Email address
  • Phone number
  • City and state/province
  • Information about your business background and goals, including your answers to our qualification questions (for example, whether you currently operate a roofing company, your timeline, and your readiness to invest)

When you accept our application agreements (the Program Terms, the Non-Disclosure Agreement, and this Privacy Policy, along with any optional consents you give), we record which documents you accepted, the version and language of each document, and the date and time of acceptance.

Information collected automatically

When you use the Service, we automatically collect:

  • Your IP address and browser type/version (user agent)
  • Pages visited, time and date of visits, and time spent on pages
  • The advertising source that brought you to the Service, including campaign parameters (UTM parameters) and advertising click identifiers such as Google’s gclid/wbraid/gbraid and Meta’s fbclid
  • Which version of our pages you were shown (we test different headlines and buttons to improve the Service)

Information stored on your device

We use cookies and similar technologies:

First-party cookies (set by us):

  • Session cookie — identifies your browsing session so the Service works consistently.
  • Page-consistency cookies — we test different versions of our pages; these cookies ensure you see a consistent version rather than a different page on every visit.
  • Persona cookie — remembers which path you chose (roofing company or new business) so we can route you to the right page on return visits.
  • Consent/acknowledgment cookies — record that you have seen our cookie notice and, where applicable, your cookie preferences.

Browser local storage: we store a record of the advertising links you clicked to reach our Service (first and most recent), so we can measure which advertising works.

Third-party technologies:

  • Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Pixel and related cookies (e.g., _fbp, _fbc) — used to measure advertising effectiveness and enable remarketing.
  • Google advertising and analytics technologies (Google Ads, Google Analytics 4) — used to measure advertising effectiveness and site usage.

You can instruct your browser to refuse cookies. Some parts of the Service may not function properly without essential cookies.

How We Use Your Information

  • To respond to your application: including contacting you by phone, email, or SMS/text message. If your application arrives outside business hours, we may text you to arrange a call time.
  • To evaluate fit and route your application: your qualification answers determine the next step we offer you (for example, a welcome call or a group information session).
  • To provide and improve the Service: including testing different versions of our pages to see which communicate more clearly.
  • To measure and improve our advertising: we send conversion events to Meta and Google so we know which advertisements lead to applications. These events may include a hashed (cryptographically scrambled) version of your email address and phone number, your IP address, browser user agent, and advertising click identifiers. Hashing means we do not send your readable email or phone number; the platforms use the hash to match the event to their own records.
  • For remarketing: to show you our advertisements on third-party platforms after you visit the Service.
  • To keep records of your agreement acceptances for legal and compliance purposes.
  • To comply with legal obligations and to protect our rights.

Who We Share Your Information With

We share personal data with the following categories of Service Providers, strictly to operate the Service:

  • HubSpot — our customer relationship management platform, where your contact record, application details, and acceptance records are stored. Privacy policy: https://legal.hubspot.com/privacy-policy

  • Meta Platforms, Inc. — conversion measurement and remarketing, as described above.
  • Google LLC — conversion measurement, analytics, and remarketing, as described above.

We may also disclose personal data: in connection with a business transfer (merger, acquisition, or asset sale); to comply with legal obligations or valid requests by public authorities; and to protect the rights, property, or safety of the Company, our users, or the public.

We do not sell personal information in the ordinary sense of exchanging it for money. However, sharing information with advertising platforms for cross-context behavioral advertising may be considered a “sale” or “sharing” under certain laws, including the CCPA/CPRA. See “Your California Privacy Rights” below.

Data Retention

We retain personal data for as long as necessary for the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy, including to maintain our business relationship with you, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Records of your acceptance of our agreements are retained for as long as needed to evidence those acceptances.
